saewelo offers a 30-day frustration-free return guarantee. On this page you will find the applicable return conditions.

The right of revocation to which you are legally entitled is in no way limited by this. The details of the statutory right of revocation can be found in Item 3 of our General Terms and Conditions.

For the return please contact our Online Return Center. Returns that have not been declared in advance cannot be processed and are non-refundable.

• To avoid delays in processing time, please be sure to include your order number and the reason for return.
• You will then receive a return label and return instructions.

Note: Please note that you must return each item in the condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be new, unused and complete (including all accessories) even when returned. Used items must not have any additional signs of wear or damage. If a returned item is not in this condition, the refund may be reduced or refused.

In general, the same exclusions apply to our return guarantee as to the right of withdrawal. This means that the following products cannot be returned under the return guarantee either (but only if they are defective)

• Goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery

Brand labels, Guarantee cards, Certificates, Stickers, Special packaging

Brand labels, warranty cards, certificates (e.g. of authenticity, hardness and estimated value) and stickers must remain on or with the product if you wish to return it. In addition, these goods and specially made goods (especially handmade items) must be returned in their original packaging.

Clothing

saewelo offers a free return service for certain articles of clothing, independent of the article price.

You are of course allowed to try these items on, but please do so only in the way you would do it in a retail shop. This means, for example, with shoes that you do not try them on in the open air.

For reasons of hygiene, items of clothing worn directly on the skin, such as underwear, pantyhose or swimwear, may only be tried on over your own clothing. Otherwise they are considered used and cannot be returned.

Home Textiles

The return must be in original condition. In the case of home textiles such as pillows and duvets, it goes without saying that you must try them out to determine the degree of warmth, height, etc. Please make sure, however, that you only try them out in the same way you would in a shop, i.e. with duvets, for example, that you only put them over your legs for a short time.

Please note that textiles that come into direct contact with the skin, such as bed linen, fitted sheets and towels, cannot be taken back in use for reasons of hygiene.
