saewelo offers a 30-day frustration-free return guarantee. On this page You will find the applicable return policy.

The right of withdrawal to which you are legally entitled is not restricted in any way. You can find the details of the statutory right of withdrawal under section 3 of our General Terms and Conditions.

For the return, please contact our Online Return Center. You will then receive a return label and a return instruction. To avoid delays in the processing time, please give us your order number and the reason for return. Pre-registered returns cannot be processed and cannot be refunded.

Note: Please note that you must return each item in the same condition as you received it. That is, new items must be new and unused, as well as complete (including all accessories), even when returned. With a set of 2 or 4, all products must be kept or sent back, because what belongs together must not be separated. Used items must not have additional signs of wear or damage. Is a returned item not in this Condition, the refund may be reduced or denied.

In general, the same exclusions apply to our return guarantee as under the right of withdrawal. This means that the following products cannot be returned even under the return guarantee (but only if they are defective): goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been removed after delivery.

Brand labels, warranty cards, certificates, stickers, special packaging

Brand labels, warranty cards, certificates (e.g. on authenticity, hardness and estimated value) and stickers must remain on or with the product if you wish to return it. In addition, these goods, as well as specially made goods (especially handmade items), must be returned in their original packaging.

Clothing

saewelo offers free return shipping for certain items from the clothing sector, independent of the item price.

Of course, you can try on these items, but please do so only in the form you would do it in a retail store. For example, in the case of shoes, this means that you do not try them out in open terrain.

Clothing worn directly on the skin, such as underwear, tights or swimwear, may only be tried on over your own clothing for hygiene reasons. Otherwise, they are considered used and cannot be returned.

Home textile

The return must be made in the original condition. With home textiles such as pillows and duvets, it goes without saying that you have to try them to determine the degree of heat, the height, etc. Please make sure, however, that you only try them in the form you would do in a shop, that means, for example, with duvets, that you only put them over your legs for a few minutes. Please note that textiles that are directly in contact with the skin such as bed linen, fitted sheets and towels, cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons.
