Refund policy

Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

All items must be returned in their original condition, in their original packaging, with tags, to avoid rejected returns.

If your order arrives damaged, please send us a message before returning it.

 

Return

Fill out your return form in our online returns center and send the package with the pre-printed return label we provide.

Once received, your return will be fully processed within 7 business days. After this step is completed, you will receive an email notification about the refund. The refund will appear in your account within 2–5 business days.

Please note that we cannot accept returns that are not sent with our pre-printed return label. If you sent your order without our return label or not using the carrier indicated on it, we will not receive the package in our warehouse and cannot issue a refund for your order. Also note that we are not responsible for shipping costs or lost packages if the order was not sent using the above-mentioned pre-printed label.

 

Using a different shipping carrier for the return

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that are not sent with our prepaid return label and using the carrier indicated on the label. If you returned your package without our return label and using a different carrier, we will not receive the package in our warehouse and cannot issue a refund. Also note that we are not responsible for shipping costs or lost packages if the return was not sent using our prepaid return label and our selected shipping provider.

 

Exchange

If you want to exchange your order, simply return the items you do not want and place a new order online. We hope to be able to offer a standardized exchange service in the future.
