Return Conditions (voluntary 30-day offer) Items can be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Please return them unused, complete, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. If your order arrives damaged, please send us a message before returning it.

How to return your order Fill out the return form in our online Return Center and send the package using the prepaid return label we provide. For this voluntary return offer, we ask you to state a reason for the return. Once we receive your return, we usually process it within 7 business days; your refund will then be visible in your account within 2–5 business days. Please use our prepaid return label — otherwise we may not be able to match your package and cannot accept liability for shipping costs or lost packages.

Exchanges If you'd like to exchange your order, simply send back the items you don't want and place a new order online. We hope to offer a standardized exchange service in the future.
