Shipping methods
Orders with standard shipping are shipped via Deutsche Post DHL, DHL Express, Hermes, UPS, or PIN.
Shipping costs
- Delivery within Germany (DE): Free delivery for orders over €34.
- Delivery within the European Union (EU): The shipping costs are displayed in the purchase process. The applicable sales tax is included in the shipping costs.
- Delivery outside the European Union (EU): The shipping costs are displayed in the purchase process. The shipping costs do not include any import costs in your country.
Delivery time
We endeavor to process and ship all orders within 24 working hours. The delivery time is calculated from the day after you place your order; you can see the estimated delivery time at checkout. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and the estimated delivery date. Our warehouse works Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Shipment tracking
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation, including your tracking number. If you did not receive this email, you may want to check your spam folder to see if it landed there by mistake. If you cannot find your shipping confirmation, please get in touch with our customer service team so we can help you.
The order was not received. What should I do?
If you have not received your order within the expected delivery time, please get in touch with our customer service team within 30 days* of the order date.
*Unfortunately, we cannot follow up on lost orders after this period.
Pre-orders
Please note that standard delivery times do not apply to orders containing pre-ordered items. A specific shipping date will be provided on the respective product page when you place a pre-order. If your pre-order includes other items, these will be shipped per the standard delivery schedule.
Delivery to PO boxes
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship packages to PO boxes in any of the countries we ship to. However, we hope to be able to change this in the near future.
Shipment insurance
The insurance covers accidental damage and/or missing items during shipping. Due to the specific nature of international shipping, damage and/or missing items during transport cannot always be completely avoided or foreseen. Should such a situation occur, please get in touch with our customer service so that we can contact the shipping company directly and request financial compensation.
Other information about shipping
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. You will find information about the availability of products we sell on the website. We would like to point out that all information about a product's availability, shipping, or delivery is only estimated information and approximate guidelines. They do not represent binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery dates unless this is expressly stated as a binding date in the shipping options for the respective product. If we discover during the processing of your order that the products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be informed of this separately by email. The customer's legal claims remain unaffected.
If delivery to the customer is not possible because the customer cannot be found at the delivery address provided by him, although the delivery time was announced with reasonable notice, the customer shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful delivery.
