Natürliche Öle: Da Baumwolle über natürliche Öle verfügt, dauert es ein paar Waschgänge, um diese von den Fasern zu trennen, sodass die Geschirrtücher völlig saugfähig sind. Es empfiehlt sich, keinen Weichspüler zu verwenden, da er auf Dauer die Saugfähigkeit und somit die Trockenfähigkeit mindert.
